Welcome to Pitch Deck Creators. We hold traditional values in high esteem, particularly when it comes to the trust you place in us. This document provides a clear and concise explanation of how we collect and protect your personal information.
Information Collection
When you apply for open positions using our website forms, we collect the following details:
- Full name and contact information
- Professional resumes and cover letters
- Portfolios or additional materials provided voluntarily
Website Analytics and Cookies
To honor the timeless principle of continuous refinement alongside modern innovation, we employ standard web analytics and cookies. These tools observe general metrics such as device categories, browsing behaviors, and interaction patterns. This enables us to craft an intuitive and highly optimized user experience.
Third Party Services
Our digital platform relies on established infrastructure and hosting providers to maintain a secure and reliable environment. These partners process information solely to facilitate our website operations, performance optimization, and analytics tracking. We ensure they uphold rigorous data protection standards.
Data Utilization
We process your information exclusively for evaluating your candidacy for employment and enhancing our digital presence. We review your qualifications and use your contact details to communicate regarding your application status. We apply an innovative approach to talent acquisition while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Information Security
Safeguarding your personal data is our utmost priority. We implement robust and proven security protocols to prevent unauthorized access. We do not sell, trade, or distribute your information to outside parties.
Your Rights
You have the full right to request access to the data you have submitted. If you wish to update or delete your application records, you may reach out to our team directly.
Reachline
Reachline is the outreach and booking tool Pitch Deck Creators uses to contact prospects and let them book calls with our team.
Google user data.
Team members can connect their Google Calendar to Reachline. When they do, Reachline accesses:
- their free/busy times (not event titles, descriptions or attendees), to show leads only the times the team member is free;
- the ability to create, change and delete calendar events, which Reachline uses only for the meetings leads book through it: it creates the meeting with a Google Meet link and invites the lead, and moves or deletes that meeting if the lead reschedules or cancels.
Reachline also receives the email address of the connected Google account, to show which calendar is connected.
Reachline stores the access tokens Google issues so it can do this while the team member is away. It does not sell Google data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. A team member can disconnect their calendar at any time in Reachline's settings, which deletes the stored tokens and revokes Reachline's access at Google. Access can also be removed at myaccount.google.com, under Security, Third-party apps.
Reachline's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
People who book a call.
When someone books a call through a Reachline booking page, we store their name, email address, the time they chose and any note they add, and use them to hold the meeting and follow up on it.
