This is one of those projects where you're working with a team that's genuinely building foundational infrastructure — a ground-up rewrite of SQLite is not something you pitch like a SaaS app. The challenge was translating something deeply technical into a story that makes non-technical investors feel the scale of the opportunity without dumbing it down. When your product is the invisible layer that everything else runs on, the narrative has to make people see the world that needs you before they understand what you actually built.
