Appliance management for rental properties, not exactly the kind of pitch that makes a VC lean forward in the first ten seconds. But that's exactly what made this project interesting to work on. Iterum had real clients, real cost savings, and a platform already proving itself. The story we had to build wasn't about making appliances sound exciting, it was about showing investors that behind what looks like a mundane category sits a massive, underserved operational problem with compounding economics and zero serious competition. Sometimes the best venture stories are the ones nobody else thought to tell.
