What made this project stand out was the go-to-market — using taxis as a distribution channel for a social app is not something investors hear every day. That's both an advantage and a risk: it grabs attention, but it can also make the story feel gimmicky if it's not framed right. The challenge was positioning the taxi play as a genuine acquisition engine, not a novelty, and then showing how the transition from app to marketplace with a rewards layer is a natural expansion rather than a pivot.
